If your ductwork is in the attic, we seal the underside of the roof deck so it sits inside the seal. If it isn't, the attic floor can be sealed instead. Foam can be left exposed up there.

We spray open walls in new builds, additions and remodels. Open cell also dampens sound. Closed cell adds a vapor barrier and strength.

Closed cell is a moisture barrier, a vapor barrier and an air barrier in one layer. Surfaces have to be below 8% moisture before we spray.

What we never skip.
A cheaper bid is usually cheaper for a reason. These are the steps that decide whether foam performs for decades.
